Hi, I’m Martha

You don't have to feel anxious all the time. You can enjoy your life, engage fully with the people around you and feel like you're in charge.

As an EMDR-trained therapist with more than a decade of experience, I've helped many people learn new skills, gain healthier perspectives, understand themselves and soothe their nervous systems. It's totally doable. We'll work collaboratively, make plans, develop baby steps, and act on them so you feel stronger and more in control.

Lifespan Integration

Lifespan Integration is a gentle approach to healing using a timeline of your history to help your nervous system understand that the past is in the past.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR Therapy on a weekly basis is a mix of talk therapy and EMDR. In this situation I would be your primary talk therapist and we would integrate EMDR into our sessions on a regular basis.

EMDR Instensives

EMDR Intensives consist of two to four mornings of EMDR focused on an issue you're "stuck" with despite efforts to shift it. For this work to be successful, clients need to be very clear on the issue they wish to resolve, have a talk therapist with whom they are currently working, and be willing to spend time preparing for intensive work.
